Health Savings Account (HSA)

NEW FOR 2026-2027: Health Savings Account

The Health Savings Account HSA) is a tax-advantaged personal bank account that works with the Bronze HDHP plan only. If you are enrolled in the Gold or Silver EPO, you cannot have an HSA.

Beginning October 1, 2026, this account allows you to set aside money to pay for eligible health care expenses. The account is yours to own and manage on your own. If you ever leave the company, you’ll take this account with you.

Setting Up Your Account

If you enroll in the Bronze HDHP and want to contribute to an HSA, you must open an HSA through Fidelity. The company does not automatically establish an account or contribute funds on your behalf. After opening your Fidelity HSA, elect your HSA payroll contributions during enrollment in ADP. Your Fidelity HSA will be available for use beginning October 1, 2026, and Fidelity will contact you after your account has been opened.
