Watch for a New ID Card for 2026-2027
If you enroll one of the three Ashford Group of Companies Medical plans for 2026-2027, you will receive a new ID in the mail to your home address, even if you do not make any changes to your Medical plan for 2026-2027. The ID card will have a new phone number on the back for both member and provider services.
