Work one-on-one with a dedicated health coach. Your coach will help you create a personalized action plan based on your health goals and priorities.
Connected Health Devices
Eligible participants may receive a blood glucose meter, blood pressure monitor, and/or smart scale at no cost. These devices automatically upload your readings, making it easy to track your progress through the Teladoc app (Apple App Store or Google Play).
Digital Behavioral Health Support
Access tools and resources anytime to help manage stress, improve sleep, build resilience, and support your emotional well-being.
Secure and Convenient
Your health information is protected and available through your private Teladoc account. You can view your records anytime and choose whether to share information with your healthcare providers.
