These benefits changes are effective October 1, 2026

Your 2026-2027 benefits remain in effect from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027, unless you experience a family status change due to a qualifying life event.

Remember: Your annual deductibles and maximum out-of-pocket will reset on October 1.

Medical Plans
Gold EPO
The Urgent Care Copay will be $50.
Silver EPO
These are the changes for the Silver EPO:
- PCP Office Visit Copay: $25
- Specialist Office Visit Copay: $50
- Urgent Care Copay: $75
- Retail Pharmacy, Tier 1 Copay: $10
Bronze EPO is Converting to the Bronze HDHP
The Bronze EPO is converting to a High Deductible Health Plan on October 1. If you are currently enrolled in the Bronze EPO and do not make an active enrollment election, you will be mapped into the Bronze HDHP.
With the Bronze HDHP, you pay the full cost of most services until you meet the deductible. Then you will pay 30% coinsurance until you meet your out-of-pocket maximum. You will pay less if you see in-network providers.
Take note:
- For lab services and X-rays, you pay the full cost until you meet your deductible. Then you pay 30% coinsurance until you meet your out-of-pocket maximum.
- Preventive mammograms and colonoscopies are covered at 100% before the deductible.
- If a mammogram or colonoscopy is performed for diagnostic purposes, you pay the full cost until you meet your deductible. Then you pay 30% coinsurance until you meet your out-of-pocket maximum.
NEW Health Savings Account for Bronze HDHP Enrollees
The Bronze HDHP will come with the option to contribute to a Fidelity Health Savings Account (HSA), allowing you to pay for eligible expenses with pre-tax dollars. Your account carries over year after year and you own it. You can learn more here.
New Benefits
There are two new benefits for 2026-2027.
Teladoc Chronic Condition Management Plus is a program that helps individuals with chronic conditions take charge of your health at no cost to you, for UMR medical plan participants. Details can be found here.
Carrum is a surgical care, oncology, and substance use treatment Center of Excellence program for UMR medical plan participants. Learn more here.
Income Protection Benefits
Voya will be the vendor for Life, AD&D, Disability, Accident Insurance, and the Critical Illness Plan. There is nothing you need to do. If you do not actively enroll and drop your coverage, your current coverage will automatically transfer to Voya.
TAKE NOTE: For the 2026-2027 plan year, even if you waived coverage in the past, you can enroll in or increase Supplemental Life coverage up to $250,000 without providing Evidence of Insurability (EOI), meaning you won’t have to answer medical questions.
NEW for 2026-2027: We are adding Voya Hospital Indemnity Insurance, which offers additional coverage if you or a covered dependent is hospitalized. Details can be found here.
Employee Assistance Program
The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) vendor will be Voya as of October 1. The benefits will not be changing. Contact information will be provided on October 1.
